Public Liability

MTOW 3402kg (7500lbs) or less = $500,000 USD

MTOW more than 3,402kg (7,500lbs) and less than 8,165kg (18,000lbs) = $100,000,000 USD

MTOW greater than 8,165kg (18,000lbs) = $100,000,000 plus an amount determined by multiplying $50 USD by the number of kilograms by which the maximum permissible take-off weight of the exceeds 8,165kg.
